• I will be in attendance for every vote made in the House.

• I will attend all assigned committees.

• I will represent the views of ALL constituents of District 38.

Healthcare: Supporting and planning for our rural healthcare system is a major concern. I firmly believe we need more emergency room access and funding for clinics if we want to decrease the mortality rate of our rural population.

Education: Our schools have got to be our number one priority. We must make sure our future leaders are afforded each and every opportunity they need to succeed. My first priority is to stop diverting funds from public schools to private. It is crucial that every student, regardless of their background, is given the high-quality educational tools that they deserve.

Infrastructure: As all of us know, Oklahoma is a state with long stretches of well-worn roads that are vital for connecting our widespread communities. As such it is a necessity to allocate funds to the upkeep and rejuvenation of the many roads and bridges that keep our communities interconnected. I intend to continuously ensure the quality and safety of our District’s infrastructure so that it may serve our District for many years to come.

• I am fully retired and will have no obligations outside of my Representative position.

• I have raised 3 of my 11 children here in this great District. Though I now have an empty nest, I have a deep connection and vested interest in securing the best possible future for the people and families of our District.
